Scripture:
“But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—if you continue in your faith, established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant.”— Colossians 1:22–23

Reflection:
Colossians 1:22–23 reminds us of the incredible work of reconciliation that God has accomplished through Christ. Through His sacrifice, we are presented holy and blameless, freed from accusation. This is the transformative power of the gospel—a hope that sustains and anchors us. Our call is to remain steadfast, unwavering in our faith and firmly rooted in this hope.

Today, let us focus on holding fast to this hope and living out the gospel with confidence. Trust in God’s promise to continue the good work He began in us, and seek opportunities to share this life-changing message with others.

Prayer Focus:

• Steadfast Faith: Pray that we remain steadfast in our faith, holding tightly to the hope of the gospel. Ask God to strengthen our resolve, enabling us to live with conviction and purpose.
• Confidence in God’s Faithfulness: Seek confidence in the assurance that He who began a good work in us will faithfully continue it until the day of Christ. Pray for a deep trust in His ongoing transformation in our lives.
• Opportunities to Witness: Ask God to open doors today for you to witness to the power of the gospel. Pray for boldness and clarity as you share your faith story and the hope you have found in Christ.
• Impact through Silver Creek Online: Lift up Silver Creek’s online ministry, praying that God uses it to spread the life-changing message of the gospel locally and worldwide. Pray for growth, fruitfulness, and the ability to reach those unable to attend in-person gatherings.

Action Step:
Identify a specific way you can witness to someone today, whether through conversation, encouragement, or sharing a personal testimony. Trust God to guide your words and actions, planting seeds of faith in the lives of others.

As we focus on being steadfast in hope today, let us trust that God is at work within us and through us.
