Scripture:
“‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.’” — Jeremiah 29:11–13

Reflection:
Jeremiah 29:11–13 offers us a powerful assurance of God’s good plans and His desire for a deep, personal relationship with us. God promises us a profound encounter with Him—one that comes from seeking Him with all our heart. This passage invites us to prioritize our pursuit of God above all else, realizing that the true blessing lies in knowing and communing with Him intimately.

Today, let us focus our hearts on earnestly seeking God’s presence in prayer and His Word. As we prioritize this divine pursuit, we open ourselves up to the rich blessings that come from truly knowing Him and aligning with His perfect plans.

Prayer Focus:

• Wholehearted Seeking: Pray for a deep desire to seek God and His face above all else. Ask Him to help us prioritize our relationship with Him, seeking Him with genuine heart and intention.
• Pursuit through Prayer and the Word: Ask God to stir our spirits to engage more deeply with Him in prayer and Scripture. Pray for a sincere longing to understand His promises and truths.
• Spiritual Prosperity and Blessing: Pray that God would teach us to seek the prosperity that flows from knowing Him. Ask for clarity in understanding how His plans are unfolding in our lives and how to align with His will.
• Growth in Prayer Commitment: Lift up Silver Creek Fellowship, praying for increased commitment to prayer within the congregation. Ask God to inspire more people to dedicate themselves to seeking Him wholeheartedly through communal and personal prayer.

Action Step:
Set aside a focused time today to seek God through prayer and reading Scripture. Choose a passage to reflect on deeply, inviting God to speak to your heart. Journal your insights and commit to regular moments of this sincere seeking throughout the coming weeks.
